Hey Doni, do you know how many Pumpers, esp. the HSMers were on letter writing campaigns to the SEC and congressmen to complain about all the bashers and supposed shorties? Plenty. I read all about the campaigns spearheaded by the likes of Phil, Hititup, Jesuspowers and a few others. I am sure the SEC was bombarded with information about this company. Maybe that's a red flag for the SEC. so much attention on this one stock. I do believe it was that HSM Cult-like behavior like shooting themselves in the foot. they brought attention to the wrong company. Maybe if they hadn't repeatedly screamed at the SEC to do something about all the bashing/shorting you could have carried it along a bit longer. Maybe the SEC wouldn't have looked so hard as to what the bashers were saying. That's what happens when people get greedy. They shoould have been happy with their $1/share profit. Rufus commented many times about the greed of the old Fhal shareholders. For that I do agree with him.
Are you the DON that runs HSM? Have they subpoenaed those posts yet? I certainly would.
