Well, I'm sure they got plenty of tipoffs then. Occam's Razor. Look it up. I really doubt this has anything to do with short conspiracies and whatnot. The SEC looks into all stocks in which allegations are made. I'm sure just about every stock (certainly every penny stock) has had a complaint brought up against it with the SEC. Only the ones where there's enough evidence (and let's face it, CSHD is dripping with fraud) are followed up on.
