Finra looks over brokers to keep things under control. SEC looks over the stock market to keep it under control. Any arbitration is a controlled exercise to keep to keep things from getting out of hand. These are all connected for their benefit by hook or crook. What ever Megas pulled and all connected certainly was fraud, but when brokers charge excessive amounts for certs to keep them from being sought after, or the DTC saying they have certs when they don't, and the SEC lying about what is happening is a coverup and they all had a hand in it. Whether any of them knew what the other was doing, or colluding knowingly that would be hard to prove, but the end result is the same.

I purchased the stock because it was going up. Gold or no gold.
