Here's the thing though: just because people complain to the SEC does not mean a suspension will take place and/or the company will be investigated.

I've seen a lot of talk on HSM saying that this is all Our-Street et al's doing. All he did was tip the SEC off. They're the ones who decided to act on it. And they think it's a scam. Would you guys rather the scam continue on indefinitely and sucker you and plenty of others out of even more money?
