The newco, (WMIH-Corp), with 100 million shares @ $25.00 pps, and a $2,000,000.00 minimum buy in, ... limited the amount of initial Reorganized WMI Shareholders able to be involved ...

So, ... considering Plan 6’s 100,000,000 new company shares X’s $25.00 pps = $2,500,000,000.00 / by a $2,000,000.00 minimum buy in, would have given roughly only 1250 Total Participants ... ? ... A far cry from the roughly 8,000 Participanting members of where We’ actually are today ...
