Losing on a lemon of a company has little to do with the system failing the investing public.

That’s the issue here - Don’t spin this into the “investor” being at fault. When those responsible for the market basics fail they must pay...

I truly am fascinated by the twisted logic - “The passenger on the plane is at fault when it crashes” mentality. They knew the risk right? Some planes crash - LMAO!

Is it not enough that there are companies who are not aboveboard - Now the investor can’t even count on the DTC, SEC, FINRA, et al. to do their job?
