That's insane. I have plenty of water pressure. I have a standard 1/2 hp well pump and my well produces 7 gallons of fresh water per minute. I'm sort of blessed in that respect... but it's far more than I need.
I don't understand the issue of pressure. My well pump fills a pressurized tank. When I draw water the, pressure falls... The pump is controlled by a limit switch that kicks it on when the pressure falls below a certain level and cuts it out when it climbs to a certain level. This is not rocket science. It isn't special. It's how stuff works.
