If you make a "deal" with anyone, right off the bat you are already biased toward that someone and you are not getting the best deal for just yourself. The trust duty is to liquidate its assets at the highest price possible to anybody who wants to pay. When making a "deal", you have evidently a HUGE conflict of interest.

Just like whenever the government will put on auction block, one Trillion of mortgage loans, it is going to sell it to the highest bidder and not making a "deal" with COOP because COOP used to be WMIH which used to be WAMU.
