Remember, WMIIC was dissolved on 1/18/2018 then on 2/13/2018 merger announced that a little shell company with no assets taking over a 2 billion dollar established company trading on the NYSE.

WMIH-Corp owns the "Equity Value" in WMIIC while the releasing legacy shareholders own the "Asset Value" in WMIIC
