How are they lying? The only thing I have seen is that they would pay off the remaining notes which they failed to do other than that it seems perfectly honest to me. It's not their fault what the note holders do with the stocks after they are converted. Also shorts are hitting this stock pretty hard they just recover quicker. It's always easier to be a bear lot of people dump when they see a see a small decrease
