had a post over a year ago showing the *consistency* of P2O investors' noted via the annual K filed since RH was installed as CEO back in Mid August 2013 ..
what the point was then .. was to show I/O (which is not the float) divided by the number of investors (noted via K) because at that point 2016/2017 .. there were known multiple P2O investors who'd accumulated north of 1M PTOI *shares individually* .. and as angst provoking as it always seems to be >> still *remain* invested
in the *usual* that followed .. this was noted ..
One of those "entities"---the nominee holder of every share held in brokerage accounts called CEDE---counts as 1 and represents thousands of shareholders...
which ironically proved my point albeit indirectly ..
tale of 3 OTCQB companies ..
1 came public in April 2015 (clearly S1 OTC *targets* have different *reporting* standards than R/M targets) .. and has triggered reg sho 10 times since then .. 2 came public *approx* a decade back .. via a R/M (with all that that implies) .. one of which is P2O
.. all 3 remain OTC *SURVIVORS* .. all 3 have had relentless PPS compression after NRs' cycles of money were played .. while the new kid on the block gets the Million *share* daily treatment .. P2O and the other RM *target* have had a relentless PPS compression in alignment with volume avgs gone cliff diving .. for years now (2015 for both)

lastly an OTCQB *target* that came public via an S1 in April 2015 .. triggering reg sho within days after NR did their usual by *running* PPS up to over $7.00 that very same month (P2O had to wait months to build up wash traded *volume* via NR and trading crew .. till EO 2009 .. because original investors remain .. for the most part .. invested) .. this OTCQB target is now in round 10 of reg sho being triggered in 3 years and 4 months .. note CEDE/DTC input .. it too is MIA .. ;) .. and of course the number of investors listed

now note the number of shareholders of record for the 2 OTCQB comps to PTOI .. *far less* @ 170 and 71 than P2O's 450 ..
and both of those OTC *targets* that remain OTC Survivors like P2O .. also have *1000s* of individual investors a question that has been asked and answered .. by mgmt for the other two in the past ..
back in 2016 when i confirmed with P2O's founder about the 3M~ PTOI shares held by him .. I asked (to the best of his recollection) for an approx number of individual investors .. without missing a beat .. the answer was 1000s .. which actually fits the 450 number with good ole (snicker) DTC/CEDE .. presumably being *1* .. when comp'd to the other two OTC targets and their far smaller number *noted* via their annual filing
as previously noted >> NR doesn't have to worry about *new eyes* and PTOI (stock) << until P2O (company) actually executes .. what NR has to worry about now .. tellingly .. is YOY %s going GREEN .. and actual P2O investors adding to their *share* totals .. because P2O (company) and her retail investors (as of this month) have outlasted almost a decade long effort (and imo by multiple entities) against the company .. many of whom >> actual investors << have never sold one *share*
there are no guarantees .. but i do find it *interesting* that RH has changed out his pattern this month by getting in front of known deadlines .. i have to presume that *influence* comes from either/or both BoD adds
what would make me chuckle .. would be seeing RH (after 5 years) actually exploit the exploiters (NR in play since 2009) .. time will tell and we shall see
