No they're not done. There are 3 levels to the OTC-Pink, QB and QX. Because the share price has been below 1 penny for more than 30 consecutive days they can be moved off of the QB. They have 90 days for the stock to get back to at least 1 cent and it must trade at 1 cent or above for 10 consecutive days. Worse case scenario is if it doesn't meet those requirements within the next 90 days (3 months-pretty long time) the stock would simply be moved down to the OTC Pink. It's not the end of the world. You make it seem like they are going out of business. Go to the OTC website and read about the different OTC levels.
