I know the person who does DD on fraud. That is who you are referring to. He works with the SEC also to help expose scams like LCLP. I have also helped the SEC years back with the help of others who do the fraud DD and saw many of these scams eventually go to the grey sheets once the SEC shuts them down. This stock already had a bad history as has been posted here if you want to read all of my posts from the same DD person and it is all facts! They are awful but factual! There are tons of fraudulent companies out there and we all want to be alerted when there is fraud. No one ever posted about any of this here on this board until today. They stated on another board last Friday when asked if they would look into it and they did not have time until today and today posted the findings here for all of us even before the company issued the 8K and the company had to issue a PR. It is the company everyone shod be going after and angry at not anyone else. The company did not let any of us know there was fake news out for 8 days and no one here can convince me they were not fully aware of it! They had to be. Then you look at the history of the past here and the resignation of the past CEO months back and why he could not in good conscience be here and do filings with the SEC. He knew it was all a scam from the Miami based debt holders. Read the DD! Now we have Victoria and she is now in bed with the Miami based debt holders and their Miami based debt holders other clients also and hose stocks she was involved with crashed after they scammed people in those also. Then she also has Kalytera who also has debt with the Miami based debt holders. Bottom line those of us who got out are lucky. The SEC needs to go after many people here and put them all in jail! JMO

but do suggest others do the same, as this person if they are not involved in this mess, waiting 6 days to come fwd, so there is a fishy smell there, and all shareholders should look for an answer as to the who, why, how, and when this unfolded
