But if you do pay attention to the details, what MCIG does have is 3 conditional permits, have they been Awarded/Granted the licences officially, the answer would be... that really all depends on how you define the words "Awarded/Granted". Kind of like how you define the word "Immediately" when it comes out in a PR vs how MCIG defines the word "Immediately".

Are the 3 conditional permits in the grubby hands of MCIG? The answer would be no.
