Wheels - It depends on the amount you means when you say "funding" by the end of Oct ('03 I'm assuming, LOL). If you're talking FUNDING (i.e. $10MM) I say NO WAY, but I sure would be happy to be wrong - very happy.

If you say "funding" (lower case), as in $1MM-2MM..... maybe... but I highly doubt it. Again, I'd love to be dead wrong.

BTW - when you say funding by the end of Oct, how much are you referring to? $10MM?
