Actually, if there is a secondary, Ken cannot be blamed (and with each silent day going by - based on past experience we all know where the silent treatment by ADXS leads shareholders to... of course only more disappointment). He would rather dilute and continue taking a salary for another 12 to 18 months than closing down the business.

He came in when there was nothing in the cupboard to put on sale. When/where is the sale of HER2 that Tony announced a year back? One can stick a 'For Sale' board on the forehead and roam around town, does not mean a thing if there are no buyers interested. Simple fact is there are no takers in BP for HER2. Guys here who were spinning theories that Ken is putting BP on notice (when he announced what he plans to do with AXAL if things don't go as per plan) are under the impression that ADXS is holding all the cards and playing with BP, while in reality ADXS can't even get an invitation through to BP asking them to play/pay

Ken has found out that the coffers are really empty and the shelves have been ransacked by Dan, BOD and Tony with bad deals and burning cash.
