The Truth is OMEGA is the incumbent and has been in the business for 20 plus years with a great performance record. OMEGA has just acquired other refueling aircraft KDC-10 from the Dutch GOVT which fulfills the probe fueling requirement. OMEGA has the certifications and required licenses. The GOVT will not risk its requirements on a financially strapped company like TMPS. There are minimum requirements and strict guidelines which TMPS does not have the ability to perform.
