Grande: I do respect greenspirit, but don't agree they need to post the letter of intent. I think a move like that would be very "pink-like". It probably would help people feel a little better, but don't think it's the right answer.

You asked me, "Are you completely against the company putting out something that would ease long term investors minds?". My answer is hell no, I'm not against that at all. I think most would feel better if they saw a Sulja CIK on EDGAR. I think that might be the answer.
