The FDIC chairwoman is new and so she may not be familiar with WMB versus WMI which was not seized but she may only know that the WAMU bank was seized. Also, she may not be even familiar with what Safe Harbor mean? And what was the court ruling in POR 7. And so on. And so a little bit of introduction about those subjects may be useful.
