HOG, I agree. If he posted it partially, he would get bashed to all hell. It would be out of control. Doubts about whether it was "real" would be everywhere. Not to mention, he needs it to hit EDGAR at the same time, and it if was partial that would be impossible. He exercised prudent judgment today in the big picture, IMO.
