Speaking of health care...

I recently heard United Healthcare (the one whose CEO recently left due to stock option concerns) referred to as one of the "Big Three" in health care insurance. The person was comparing it to the big three auto makers that used to dominate the market in the U.S. to the point where they lost track of what the consumer wanted.
