The Navair contract opportunity with the Navy for air refueling is still open and not decided. As was discussed a month ago, gov contracts don't get decided in days. Omega's current Navy supply contract runs out at the end of September. I think we are still at least another month before a decision. Kelly had previously guessed October, that is looking pretty accurate right now.

It's not rocket science.. until they get work to justify their multimillion dollar plane purchase, there won't be any support or confidence in the stock.

If Tempus is able to secure any portion of the first contract they bid on for US military refueling, it will be a major accomplishment - bigger than anything to date. Until they can secure work for the tristars, the stock price will continue to be suppressed. It's a gamble to try to get in beforehand, but one contract would send the market cap through the roof. If they don't win and have to wait for the next opportunity, stock price will continue to slide.
