I have 100 000 SIAf shares. Do you know how many TRIWAYs shares I will get?

Rought estimate? 100.000.000 Tri-way shares. Siaf owns 36,6% so 36.600.000 stocks and are distributing half of that, so 18.300.000 stocks. Siaf will probably have around 43M OS at that point +/- a few mill maybe? So 100k stocks in SIAF should give 42.5k Tri-way stocks. Unless something major happens to SIAF OS.

Don't know how the collateral shares will effect the stockdividend. 8.x mill ish SIAF shares don't have divident rights. I'm assuming the Tri-way shares these recieve, will be returned and kept by the company.
