no doubt it was the driver.

problem with the extension for investors is that history shows when it comes to kbl extensions,there ends up being extension after extension.

when i saw the words "through December 2018"
my first thought was what the hell does that mean
3 months,6 months,12 months.

unfortunately for shareholders,it isn't known if they have come up with thread that meets the performance parameters and they simply need more time to produce the quantities required or a number of other possibilities.

poor form to say sfa about the progress on the fiber development for the last 7 months and then slip in a line about requesting an extension in a 10q.
