Ya it's ok to be frustrated a lot of shareholders are. With a strong start to 2018 I will be the first to admit I didn't expect a dilution filled summer. Rik is pretty terrible with financing as he has shown the last few years, but there is still hope. I think the 4 million is real and that is big news no matter what anyone on this board says. It just makes sense for a JV to take a risk and take control of a product that works. The 6 million of phase 2 trials also makes a ton of sense for a JV. It's a good gamble that could be worth a fortune. I am completely happy with giving up 49% of both and bringing in new folks to manage. Rik should take a back seat and ride his shares....Will see.
