Initially I was disappointed with the results but they don't matter so much at this stage.

Apparently TRW will make an announcement about the stock dividend. Which is interesting. The other thing that is new is that we will not receive warrants but preferred stock. Which feels better to me, and no doubt it will feel better to the market as well. The devil is in the detail. I don't think we will need a F-1 filing. Certainly not for the first part of the distribution. So hopefully we can keep moving this forward.

The other positive has also been mentioned. The Garrett note. If they can pay him back in cash then it could very well mean that they are working on something. That could be anything. Could be something Garrett is involved in as well. The fact that he is not converting into stock frees him up to a certain extent. And the somewhat toxic overhang is gone.

Whether it is enough to go up to $0.38 and challenge the resistance level, I don't know.
