It was called for in the exercised option phase....

In other words the ARMY exercised the ENTIRE CONTRACT....

If the Army asked for a "tweak", then there would need to be another contract or contract extension.



No other contract or contract extension was necessary as the terms were already in the ORIGINAL CONTRACT.
