That is probably the most frustrating part...and I really thought we were past it with the March PR stating that all of the remaining debt was consolidated. Obviously that did not happen and the dilution spiral kicked off this summer just like it did last summer. Last year it lasted until Jan so I am hoping we are not in for another 4 months of selling at the Bid . So Far Rik has not full out lied about things so the 4 million is very much on the table I believe. I think the note holder would get out of the way of some news and sell higher...he can't be that much of an idiot but they do seem to REALLY hate NPHC for whatever reason.

Right now the slow bleed has been killing us and there is no support to soak up the dilution if there is no reason to buy. Everyone is going to keep waiting....we need a real PR CAMPAIGN.

1) Release 10Q
2) Release details of the finalized 4 million funding.
3) PR about how the funding will be used...new retail outlets by the end of the year.
4) Release updates on patents, distribution or info on veteran trials.
5) Announce 6 million funding for Phase II trials
6) Confirm an expected start date for Trials
7) Few months later finalize the 6 million funding and start trials.


This all needs to be done in a pretty tight window. The PPS needs to gain some traction and shareholders need to build up some confidence. I would say the existing long term holders hold a total of around 1 billion shares and aren't going anywhere. Add in about 700 million of friendly note holders and insiders. That is about 1.7 billion locked up pretty good. The rest can be eaten into with some 200-300 million volume days. At this point that is what we need to beat this dilution. We need BIG volume...not slow bleed volume. That will only come with some sort of news to help drive confidence. Lets hope that is sooner rather than later.
