I am not working on this matter any longer and haven¹t been since the plan was approved and my client (the equity committee) was officially dissolved. I have not been following any subsequent events in the bankruptcy. If equity holders feel that they might have a claim, they should retain their own counsel since the bankruptcy itself no longer has a committee for equity (at least not as far as I¹m aware‹again, I stopped working on this years ago.) Sorry I can¹t be of more assistance.
