no, it's not. that is an illusion. the cost of the merger is going to be significant - around 5 billion shares. none of the new debt is restricted. anybody buying this right now, is going to lose money. a r/s will be needed. debt associated with new deal requires share restructure to the detriment of current shareholders. watch for return to low .000's.
