peorge, Sure, but to a large extent... this non-verifiable dilemma is par for the course with pinksheets. Until a company is fully reporting, the questions usually outnumber the answers. But for a pink, this one has made more public commitments, more updates, etc, than most.

I'd also like to note that a lot of pinks aren't "scams", they are just outright failures without proper concern for shareholder value. Poor management, lack of infrastructure with which to execute their business plan, etc. I've owned a couple of them. ALL insiders want to fill their pockets, so to me that's not the definition of a scam.
