Can anyone explain why we do not know how many shares are currently in circulation?

When will we know it precisely?

I am not a Nasdaq professional and I do not really know where to find this information.

I am desperate for the click that will tell me "Buy everything you can" or the one who will make me say "Do not touch that"!

So undecided before trying to average down ..... but I would like to persuade myself that we will see $ 0.15 before a future R / S.
