Actually what I find sad is Fast Eddie (a/k/a CONvictEd).

What I find sad is no financials in 3 years.

What I find sad is Ed’s driving the company into the ground.

What I find sad is the speculation on UBA when no one knows if the company earns a nickel.

What I find sad is a person who is a construction lawyer pretending to know securities law.

What I find sad is a company operating out of a PO box.

What I find sad is a CEO of a public company who has been arrested and CONvicted several times.

What I find sad is a CEO who doesn’t have enough sense to show up to court and as a result, gets a bench warrant issued for his arrest.

What I find sad is a public company that updates their shareholders through sad and misleading Facebook posts.

What I find sad is a person who gets their @ss kicked by a drug dealer.

What I find sad is a company that had 3 auditors in 4 years butt no audits done.

I find Ed to be sad and pathetic - a drug-addicted alcoholic divorcee with a bankruptcy and a serious criminal history.

And finally, what I find sad is that the company will be run out of a jail cell and pathetic CONvictEd will not even have the decency to apologize to shareholders.
