1) Save the warrants. May be this is what will happen as a saving grace in the September CC.

2) Get a deal done and infuse cash into the company - his real test and he has a few months(EOY at most) before he runs out of time and cash crisis looms." .......... Great expectations will be great disappointments as con man Ken Berlin fails to deliver the goods.
