over 90% of these POS stocks do it an SEC seems to have no interest in doing anything about it. In fact in most cases its completely legal. If you "try" and fail you can't be held liable. And no matter how bad a job you do you can pay yourself whatever you want.

Some companies keep dumping shares nonstop over and over again. get to .0001, do a reverse split, change the symbol and do it over and over again. Year after year without ever making anything of their business. Only business they have is selling their worthless shares. Check out this board.
