Scroll to the bottom of the Form 4 and you will see: "Explanation of Responses: 1. Warrants are issued in connection with Mr. Cutaia extending his convertible note to February 8, 2021". It appears to me that this is being misunderstood and is "much ado about nothing" as far as the immediate future. Personally, I do not feel Rory sees the need to infuse Nfusz with cash right now (that might be taken the wrong way) and this informs us that he means it when he says he is putting off exercising his notes until the distant future.
