Did I miss something? Is there hope again? I've got $1000 sitting in this POS. I want interest too. 13 yrs we've waited for the SEC and the DTCC to do the right thing. For some reason I doubt there will ever be justice here. The SEC and the DTCC as well as FINRA, are in place to protect the brokerages, not the retail investor. Our experience has proven that. There's no reason that we couldn't at least get our investment back dollar for dollar, but no, that would mean the brokerages would have to give up our money they've had to play the market with for 13 years.
