Kodabear, since you said you have doubts can I ask why you have doubts?

How do you explain/view what Rory said in December which seemed to be based on internal research, as well as what he said in March which REALLY seemed to be based on what was happening in the field - with your doubts?

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
