shermann7, the story by a grateful man is a good one. I'm sure Ron Paul did many kind things for many people.

Ron Paul, a Texas physician, served two stints in the U.S. House. He also was the Libertarian Party nominee for president in 1988
before later seeking the Republican presidential nomination in 2008 and 2012. He didn't seek re-election to the House in 2012.
