they've issued over ten million new shares year to date and theres another roughly thirty million in convertible debt being converted and sold at -50% of VWAP when all of the "figuring" is done.
there is no cash. on fifty to sixty million shares (outstanding) they need a spare 2-3 million dollars and they dont have it.
selling shares @2% of book and they wont use the cash to buy those shares back..... galactic lies.
anyone not understanding this has to go back to business school. repurchased at 2% of book value represent 50X return on capital.
there is no book value though, so the newest lie is they pay a dividend from nonexistant cash. see you all at zero.
