~ Mr Gold, YES’, That IS Extremely Possible ~

I posted this observation back on 07/31/2018 (post # 529550) ... the adjusted WMI-LT’s / Employee Claimant, forward moving litigation and discovery scheduling issues, as the WMI-LT Filed earlier this year, ... now, has many of the originally scheduled dates, no longer necessary ... Plus’, ... As the WMI-LT’s SEC QSR just revealed, The Delaware District Court, is also now being used, so some of the recorded filings are not being listed on the BK site’ ...

... We’, ... have now been relieved of the first group, ... Now ?’, ... We’ ... need to be relieved of group “number 2’” (Kosturos and A&M) ... (please note the number 2’ pun reference, purposely presented) ...

”On the WMI-LT Site, When there was No’, 07/17/2018’ update on the conference concerning the employee claims scheduling, or .. No’, request for any updated discovery filed by 07/24/2018’ ? ... I went back to Judge Walraths Signed Scheduling Order for a refresher’, ...

... So, ... Now direct from the scheduling order, none of these forward moving dates matter any longer, ...

... 11/07/2018, 11/14/2018, 11/21/2018, 12/12/2018, 12/19/2018, 01/18/2019, 01/22/2019, and 01/29/2019, or pre hearing briefs filed no later than 14 days ahead of the hearing, or no pre hearing conference is actually necessary ... hand written by Judge Walrath, the hearing WAS ?, scheduled for February 26 - 28, 2019’, beginning at 10:00am, ... And Yes, ... “Change In Control” was part of what was to be Ruled On’, ...
