There is no plan against my stock per say, but there sure was a plan to lower the price either for shorts to get a payday or for longs to buy in. As mentioned numerous times the earnings beat, and all other issues were already known. Looking at the numbers they have stabilized the last 3 quarters. I am fine with my position and will continue to hold. I expect the dividend might be lowered for next year so that more capital can be used for redevelopment. That will only increase the value of the company in the future. After those what some may call hit pieces are forgotten shortly, there will only be positive news from $CBL again for a couple months.
