Canadian govt has a good portion of unsecured credit. Eno trying to play hardball and make it sound like they won’t get money back if they don’t step in. I find it hard to believe the plant won’t get enough to at least pay back creditors... the comps in 1st report were plants sold in 2015 at the midst of commodity downfall for bio succinic etc. my opinion
