LGND to acquire VER.L for 6.20GBp/sh—a 16% premium to yesterday’s close:

75% of VER.L shareholders must approve the deal, but 67% (consisting of the BoD and major investors) have already committed to do so. Hence, I’m treating this deal for compilation purposes as a fait accompli.

The nominal deal value is $43M.
