Its battling hard at these levels cause its such a HUGE breakout point IMO. SOMEONE is doing everything they can to hold it down... If insiders were dumping, they would let it breakout before doing so. SOMEONE does not want it to breakout, hence the heavy pressure trying to hold it back. tick tock tick tock
