Just looked it up, the highest it's been the last 5 years outside of the last month was 0.25, which I first heard of this at that pps, but finally bought in a couple months after almost exactly 4 years ago. Anyway, I don't recall any pump and dump, so perhaps that was 2009? In either case, I hope so too, but very well could be another firm pumping this.
