The lawsuit was settled for a large undisclosed cash amount. Heard from a little bird ;) Saleen produces thousands of cars with great reviews on them. A major following in fact. However, as great a car manufacturer they are, the business is horrible for investors. In fact thousands of investors were recently screwed out of their complete investment via a delisting. The stock was so horrible that it was at no bid. Just like how ILST will be very soon.
