Actually I think it will be JnJ that gets this on the cheap, especially when people start with any legal action - that will give Mcnally the out he needs - JnJ will get this for $4-5 share (if not cheaper) and they will deal with any legal action - mcnally gets his reason for selling cheaply (they can't afford to deal with lawsuits) and he will have a sweet deal in the JnJ robotics division. Who do you think is taking on 38% ownership in the company? It's JnJ, they started it with their shell company longtai and some others and probably just consolidated their position (on the cheap btw at $2.50/share)
