Here is an excerpt from the PR...

Sequiam has agreed to manufacture products for CyberKey Solutions and is expected to develop and privately label a CyberKey line of biometric security solutions. CyberKey Solutions plans to market and distribute the custom line of products to their military and government customers in the United States.

This other distributor is not an approved vendor for the government. The US armed forces represents 2 trillion in buying power
