Solomon has been building up debt slowly the past 2 years or so. Resulting in roughly $17M in prommissory notes etc. It's not a lot, but still.

I think he was counting on the TRW loan and/or a contract for CA so he could service that debt. And it didn't happen. SIAF is heavily dependent on cash flow from CA.
